Waves seem to be my current them. I just finished this pair of Heat Waves socks that I knit as a Christmas gift for one of my sisters.
I am also working on this wavy scarf using the handspun yarn that Tanya so kindly spun up for me last month.
I started thinking about my recent purchases and realized that I have quite a few projects ahead of me.
- Market Bag using Pink Bluefaced Leicester
- Fiber Trends Felted Clogs using Lopi in colors #9958 and #9979
- Fetching Fingerless Gloves using Rowan Tapestry in Moorland color
- Socks (no pattern chosen yet) using Fleece Artist Somoko yarn
- tank top (no pattern chosen yet) using a beautiful 30% cotton 70 % silk yarn purchased at London-Wul
- unknown project using the lace weight mohair/wool blend from Cobweb Woollies
And the above list does not include all of the fleece and wool purchased from MacAuslands Mill when I attended the Spinners Retreat in PEI a few weeks ago. I will probably use this wool for weaving.
However, I made myself a promise that for each project that I want to start I must finish one of the ones that I currently have on the needles.
Better get back to knitting...

I recently queued the wavy scarf on Ravelry! Great minds think alike. I'm trying to figure out what yarn to use.
Well Line, the pressure in on you now to produce a new blog in the coming 48h. (put on the mission impossible music please) If you refuse this task, your blog will autodestruct...
